My mission is to feed the hungry children through helping you
What this is all about…
First I am a life coach to help people live the life they dream of and to find the life they deserve to have.
My main motivating factor is to start a momentum to help eradicate hunger amongst children to teach people how to become self sufficient and more sustainable so they can generate food for their children.
The vision that I had was in a dream, it went like this: that I will connect with celebrities, so far I have only reached out to Ellen Degeneres, a female celebrity to get on her show so I can share my story with her and the millions that watch her show then hopefully from her show is where the momentum and domino effect will start where other celebrities will want to join and my dream and motivating factor will in fact become a beautiful reality.
I am also donating a percentage of my earning through my Flip My Fears life coaching business to “The Hunger Project”.
Since the world has turned a little upside down in the last few months with the virus crippling many people through fear, anxiety and many more issues I have not been charging for my services. I have been doing benevolent work, one on one coaching and also group workshops to help as many people as I possibly can.
I did start a fundraiser for The Hunger Project through my business Facebook page Flip My Fears and we generated $1,192 for the hungry children and that feels great inside my heart, and I will continue to pursue my dream and my vision for those children.
Giving back in India
In 2008 I went to India for my 50th Birthday to cut a long trip short I was in Bodh Gaya India went to visit a temple where Buddha got enlightened, Bodh Gaya to me had a beautiful feel to it serene and calm sadly had a lot of poverty many children running the streets begging that didn't phase me as I was used to it from living in Cairo, Egypt. What I did find interesting the very next morning I woke up remembering the dream that I had (by the way I rarely remember dreams more on that some other time) the dream was that I had to feed those hungry street children of Bodhgaya I remember I was like on autopilot I went back to the temple I spoke with the 2 men that were the keepers of the temple told them my dream and asked how can I make this happen do I rent a restaurant? Do I give them money? I have no idea how they asked me how much money I will give. I said 350 Euros in today's world is equivalent to about $380 U.S, they said to give them a couple of hours and to come back they will have a plan by then.
The plan was that I could supply food bags for 200 families in those bags they put flour, wheat, potatoes etc…. It was such a beautiful feeling to be able to fulfill my dream of helping so many people.
I have 4 pics I will post but I have many more pics of the occasion. It was a really moving emotional time for me, my photos are ready. I will post them when my daughter is trying to find them in my archives somewhere 2008 was a long time ago.
Since then I have had another dream this time on a huge scale. This was a few months ago and it is :To feed the hungry children of the world”.
So here I go again.
Wish me luck and join me if you like ,any ideas welcome as the process needs to be precise
Other ways I have given back
Helping a Leprosarium in Egypt, 2009. In 2009 one of my hairdressing clients told me there was Leprosarium in dire need of a new defibrillator. I knew I had to help.
