The Mini Workshop
My group program Mini Workshop
Consists of 2 people minimum - 4 people maximum
We meet once a week for 4 weeks by means of Zoom virtual meetings so you can be anywhere in the world as long as you have wifi/internet connection.
The topics we cover change each month so you will be able to pick which topic you would like to work on or make a suggestion.
Examples :
Money mindset
Going outside our comfort zone
Healthy Eating for more energy
Happiness and what that means
How to deal with fear and anxiety
Relationships and happiness
And many more, the list is endless.
What do you get out of group work? By working together with a group of like minded people who want to work on the same issues as you, you get a lot of insight from others you realise that you are not the only one with those problems or issues you get different ideas on how to deal with and manage life situations.
The group can consist of friends so you are not doing it alone and most of all it’s FUNNNNNN, rewarding and informative!
